Birds of Bannerghatta Zoo

A quick trip to the Bannerghatta Zoo area (about 15 KM from home) on the mid-week holiday yielded a good list of birds. I got see 4 new birds, which was great. A very serene area with the only bird calls punctuated by the distant roar of lions as the ambient noise makes for a therapeutic morning.
