We know that India tops the chart for Most corrupted nation in the world.
Corruption is one thing other nation laughs at us more often. Recently I read the ratings of Indian states and sadly the most progressive Southern States Karnataka and Tamilnadu tops the list for Most Corrupted states within India.
I'm sure every Adult in India would have been a Victim of corruption at some point of their lifetime. Be it at Driver License office, Passport office, Police Dept,Registrar office...,list goes on to almost all the Govt offices.
Do we really try to combat this? Yes, we would have given a try, but due to other external situations like time constraint and others, we never wait and fight till end.
What do we actually do to combat this ?

There is a movie dialog in Kamal's Indian movie, "Other countries too have corruption and bribery. But they ask bribe only when they have to do anything out of their Duty. But in this nation even for doing their own defined duty, we ask bribe. This is not acceptable"
